Problem streaming h264 video from Wowza to E71

I'm streaming a video from VLC to Wowza media server. The streaming works fine on PC but on mobile I get this error "The device does not support H.264 native video codec.".I use action script 2. Any suggestions?

Please compile in flash lite 3.1 or higher for run.

the E71 supports FL3.0, h264 is supported on Nokia 5th Ed devices only with FL3.1

I replaced Wowza with Drawing media server and it worked fine.

so you are streaming a .3gp or .mp4 video, I thought you were referring to .flv!

I'm streaming live content from a TV card. I can stream (RTSP)to the emulator but when I install the applicaion on my E71 it does not work, I don't know why? I read that I have to enable rtsp streaming on my E71, I'm streaming to 554 port.
