Delphi SDK

I know that Delphi is not a popular language, but is there a SDK for Delphi 2009. I would like to build applications on Delphi rather than building it on a Java IDE.
I have already checked the Nokia forum and I cannot find anything there, maybe I am just blind or something.

That's correct, there are no SDKs for Delphi.

I've been loving and coding strong with Delphi/C++ Builder since 1.0 ...it cost to me a lot of suffering to convince myself it was time to changed ...
i'm still a QT newbie ,but i see it enough to say that damned library is even more elegant and complete than Borland VCL was
As today, my vote is +100 for QT
