Gerenal error when running Location API examples

I tried running a number of examples of the location feature of Qt Mobility (e.g., http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph...t_Mobility_API) on a Nokia 6790 device but I get "Could not start application: General OS-related error".
I have Qt 4.06(3), QtMobility 1.00(1) on the phone, and I am using Nokia Qt SDK 1.0.

Any suggestion on how to deal with this error is much appreciated.

Upgrade to Mobility 102.

Hi,

There is bug in NOKIA Qt SDK.

You have to download the Features.zip and extract to the specified folder.
Because some feature of mobility donot work, due to missing file mobility.prf

Initially I am facing the problem in executing the mobility example. but after upgrade to mobility 1.0.2 i am able to use the mobility feature. So may be upgrading to higher version may help in your case also.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Upgrading to QtMobility 1.0.2 did fix the reported error.
