Page refreshes when "Community" button is clicked

Hello,

Since yesterday I have been facing this issue. When I click on the Community button on right, it shows me to select from Dibo, Wiki, Blogs, etc - but immediately the page refreshes. So I have to be fast to choose where I need to navigate or the page would refresh. While this saves some of my time as I get used to it, I believe it should be fixed

*Reproduces on IE7, Mozilla firefox 3.6.3, Chrome 5.0.375

It probably applies to all the floating 'menus' (panels), at least I have encountered this issue with the Library. And it did not save time in my case, since I was typing some message, and wanted to open the Documentation page in a new tab (instead my message was gone and got the Library main page in the current tab). And it does not always happen, sometimes the panel opens as expected.

Chrome, also noticed it yesterday.

Yes, the same applies to other panels as well, just noticed.

Now it only works on the parent pages (Design, Develop, Distribute, Community, etc) but not on other pages. (even with firefox).

When community button is clicked it takes us to the community page : http://www.forum.nokia.com/Community/

But actually when we want to go the Discussion board , we do not need to click on it just drag our mouse there and new options are available to us like : Overview, DIBO, WIKI, Blog etc.

Now then we can click on the appropriate options, like open the web page in new tab

Now then we can release the mouse without click on the Community..
If clicks then the page get opened : http://www.forum.nokia.com/Community/

The menu appears when hovering the mouse only on few pages (parent pages) and not all. For example, check it for navigating from this post to Wiki

It works fine for me or the problem has been fixed now. Mouse hover effect works on all the pages of the site.

I am using IE-8 on windows vista.
