QFontEngineWin: GetTextMetrics

Well i am developing an application for multiple platforms Maemo, Unix, Windows and when i am running the interface on Windows i have messages in the log that tell me this :

QFontEngineWin: GetTextMetrics failed ()

I would like to know if it is a well known problem and how to fix it because I don't know from where it comes (except text displays somewhere...) and it seems to slow down the application...

I think my code is fine because it runs well on others OSs... maybe i have some others information to give to display text on Windows... i don't know...
