ovi store bugs report -> fix time

As the customer of ovi store I reported at least 10 bugs maybe more
As publisher more or less same number of bugs.

As I reported my bug to ovi store support email I always get same answer.
Our R&D will check and fix you problem.
But they never fix it!

I would like to know your experience with ovi store bugs.
Do you report any bugs to ovi store support team?
Is it fixed yet?

I fully understand how you must feel. You have reported bugs, been active, and the response is pretty plain and overall.

Well, considering the Ovi Store is gettin a lot input in form of feedback and bug reports I can understand they must first
just inform back that your reports have been acknowledged, and then the actual internal process starts. This will definetly
take some time, and ofcourse it would be informative to response what bugs have been verified and when they will be
fixed if possible.

I will check with the Ovi Store team about this, if I get any news I will post them here. Meanwhile, let's just wait for a moment
for the Ovi Store personnel, as they may want to answer to this also here.
