Nokia 5233 : stylus pen or not?

I bought a 'mexican' 5233. It lacks on the back cover the compartment for the stylus and neither does it come with one. I've seen unboxings in Youtube of the same model and it does includes the pen and the back cover also have the compartment just as the 5800.

What's the deal here? Why does the phone design varies from countries.
I'm pissed at Nokia not to mention the lack of USB cable in the retail package.

And, are you sure (was the poster of the videos sure?) that is really was a 5233 and not some other Nokia model (the Nokia touch screen phones without a keyboard look so much alike that it is hard to tell the difference).

Can you post a link such a video for others to verify that it is really a video of the same model?

In any case, if you buy from retailer, it's probably a good idea to check what's in the box in the store before accepting/paying for a deal. There are very often country/region specific differences with consumer electronics products no matter what the product is. Manufacturers also often offer different packaging/package contents at different prices for importers/retailers to choose from, and that's another reason to check the box/package before buying.
