I am creating a commercially available mobile web application which is an email reader. I will be allowing users to enter POP3/IMAP account information for email accounts. Can I use the Nokia Ovi icon to allow users to select that account type during setup?

This use case may fit in the 'fair use' category, but my opinion is not an official one. It may also matter if you find the Ovi icon in re-usable form on some Nokia site. In that case there should be some usage guidelines somewhere nearby.
