how get permission & header???

create new SIP Profile using CSIPManagedProfileRegistry and CSIPManagedProfile classes available in 3rd FP2 & in 5th edition,wikki has also link for this.i just want to know that how i access or use this class header in 3rd MR,FP!???from where i got permission?

it is likely that the API is different, or does not exists on earlier versions, anyway, you can always open a paid technical support for chekcing out whether there is APIs that you could use on the earlier platform versions.
