Convert .wgz file to .sis file

How can convert a .wgz file to .sis file.

I would assume that there could be a good reason, or it could also be misunderstanding, thus was asking for a bit more information. I'm rather sure it is not about lying, but there might be some actual reasoning behind it.

I actually most often try sleeping 8 hours a day, and keeping the computer off, so maybe its 16x7..

I think thats also the question with me? HOw can I convert wgz to sis, the reason behind to do that, is I have two installation for my software , one is wgz and one is sis,now I am trying to combining them both in one pkg file, but make installer_sis command does not recognize wgz extension and asking for sis file, so how can I include wgz in pkg?
