What do you mean by that? I have read the tc's but haven't found anything that would assume your claim. Could you please be more specific about the paragraph of the agreement where it is stated. It is not good to raise panic with information that could be non-fact based.

I think that this section solve cases that operator billing isn't working.
Like in my case I'm able to shop for free on O2 czech republic
And it look like they don't going to fix it
I reported it many many times but As this is ovi store
they don't going to fix it any time soon.![]()
I removed the information that i misunderstood

juhauta: you are acting kinda lame, its reasonable for nokia to demand only nokia billing for apps/games that are downloaded from OVI (same thing btw with itunes) they are not forbidden you to add any kind of billing method for content you distribute OUTSIDE of ovi.
Alao about your first claim that they can distribute your content for free you are mistaken that section is a standart section which apear on every contract we have signed with an aggregator/distributer so far.
its the section which basically gives them the right to actually distribute your content (and use it for any promotion of any kind)
if you dont know this then dont post it your just making confusing for people who dont know about it......
Thank you for clearing this out shaii.
I removed the texts so they wont give wrong impression.
It has been said also that gmail and picasa ageements also give full copying & using rights for Google to your content.
I haven't seen them publishing private data, so this is also just for legal reasons.
