6700: Cant delete 3 images in gallery after update to Firmware 033.014

I am unable to delete the 3 default images which appear corrupt in the image gallery. Returns a General System Error message. This is after OVI updated the phones software to 033.014.

I have tried doing a soft and hard reset of the phone even formatting my memory card but to no avail.

I am still able to use the phone but this error worries me.

6700 Slide.
Please help.
