Internet telephone service not available???

i try for internet call through profile in sip and also in internet tel settings.profile creation and registered successfully,i also check in real device E71,i face one problem that when i select access point wifi network calling is ok but not work when selecting GPRS as a access point while calling works perfectly in RDA but give error Internet telephone service not available when i choose GPRS as AP.anybody help plz.

Perhaps the SIP/VoIP support in the E71 is enabled only for WLAN/Wi-Fi and not at all for cellular packet data (GPRS). If it works on an E71 in RDA (also a real device, not an emulator), then perhaps your E71 is an operator customized/locked device where SIP/VoIP is deliberately disabled upon request by the buyer (the network operator, carrier).

from where i know that SIP/VOIP support in the E71 is Enabled only for WLAN/Wi-Fi???and this one works in RDA E71.i test it on a real device E71 via Wi-Fi then its work correctly and when i try in real device via GPRS then i got Internet telephone service not available.

Non custom product-code variants allow VoIP/SIP over UMTS (3G): The phone must be in dual- or 3G-only mode and not in 2G-only mode. I cannot comment on why remote-device access is not working. In doubt, you should ask its team. Where do you choose that access point: In the XML configuration file (ALLOWVOIPOVERWCDMA = 1) or from within the user-interface of the RDA device?

when anybody install my exe then after installation its ask for username,password and access point,i attach sis file by nokia which inside plugin Local_Client_Provisioning_Plugin_for_VoIP_Rel_2_x_vBeta1_5_en.

I use Vodafone, definately not T-mobile
One works the latter doesnt.
Sometimes get same message "no internet...... "
Can usually get it back by "always on in sip config""automatic in internet tel"
Use UMTS only in Network
Sometimes there are shadow apn's left from other sim so I replace another sim then replace vodafone sim."Delete all 3g and GPRS apn first"
Now new Vod apns appear with replace - rename your Fav GPRS to GPRS also in Packet Data.
Check Internet Tel for apn by refresh.
Switch off auto running apps eg Fring.
Restart phone.
If still not.Get rid of Handywi.for now.
If still not.Clear all proxy settings in your sip config.restart phone.
If still not.Your not waiting long enough.go and get a cup of char.

Also you may have another sip prog like Trufone [takes default as it's precedence][go offline helps],Eqo,Tringme etc
And may have uninstalled them and "VoIPAudioSrvc.sis" which should have installed itself again silently.
If not get it and install it.Some apps like old Tringme use version 1
Also if youre on E71 you dont need "VoipsettingsProv.sis"

I believe the main problem is with Packet Data interupts.Make sure config "When needed" and if necessary delete apn and disable - then back in reput "GPRS" and enable - then restart phone - just worked for me with Ekiga and was still on until Vodafone dropped the signal to 0 but came back on with 1 bar !
