How do i register nokia tools & sdk's without internet access on the cumputer they are being installed on ?

My mobile carrier doesn't even support GPRS yet, and i have no landline or cable.
Everyone point and laugh! No, please don't.

You can register your sdks on a diferent computer with internet access and then use the serial numbers on your computer without internet account...
