how to create widget that supports in multiple device?

Hello Everyone i'm new in this widget development i want to create widget that supports in multiple device of resolution so please anybody have any idea please help me to do this.

You could for example take a look on Nokia Web templates. It uses styleTweaker to load different style sheets for different devices. But you need the consider what HTML tags can be used, if you want to enable tabbed navigation mode for non touch devices.
