Need Information Regarding Applicatin Development

Hi friends,

i am going to develop applications in Qt SDK for Nokia (C++) i have some queries to clarify those are

can Qt Allow me to develop
1. autostart application (Start application automatically with mobile startup)

2.run application in Back ground when i close it and come to fore ground when i reopen it (Continuously running application)
