The survey might have been sent only to you. I have not received it. Probably they just want to find out why you are not satisfied with Ovi Store and what do you want to be changed.

In essence this is good thing, it means they are listening, but in my opinion it is not enough. Probably at some point they will agregate the results and they will only implement things requested by a statistically large enough number of developers.

ok, in any case, I have pointed on:
1. Problems with purchasing non free items
2. too long QA response in each small metainfo/content change
3. absence of file protection

I even got a call from them.

Not sure if it is run by Nokia though...what they told me, it is run by an independant company who then sells the results.

they propose call by phone or web-based. I've choosed web based.
btw, sells are breaking thru! from 5oct they increased dramatically
I can even decide to stay with nokia a little bit longer
