i m using local client provisioning plugin to make app that enable supported handsets voip Internet Call,
in which need wbxml file, embedded sis provided by nokia and copy wbxml just like this(in pkg):-

    HTML Code:
    "$(EPOCROOT)Epoc32\data\settings.wbxml" -"c:\data\settings.wbxml"
after certain use i need each time new wbxml file and no need to change in programs,my problem is that any way provided by nokia in signing process that no need to sign again and again if i need to change any external file,in this case wbxml???
    Thanks and Regards

From your app, how about loading just that file from the network (HTTP) and overwrite the previous one, instead of updating/changing the .sisx file?

As the first step, with new installations, check the network for an updated file and download if it is there.

i tried in this way but not working:-
i make console based app for creating sip and linked voip profile and also copy wbxml file as shown in previous post, its working perfectly.after that not copy through pkg, just download that wbxml file separately in console based app and then again create profile through my another console based app, till here working correctly, but now try in same console based app first download that wbxml file then try to create profile through same app,but this one not working, its only download but not create profile inside sip, voip and also not ask query for username, password provided sis by nokia.so i m asking any other way that do not need to sign again and again???
    Thanks and Regards

If downloading the file does not work for you, and you must distribute the updated file with your sisx file, then there is no other way than to resign the sisx (you can't change anything in the sisx package without invalidating the signing).

Of course, you could split your app into two; one Symbian signed, and and the other self-signed (with the data file that keeps changing/updating), but that approach has its complications, too.
