Png problems with 5800

Hello,

I'm having trouble viewing some images on the Nokia 5800. I'm using eSWT to program GUI and the images are PNG. But (see image at http://i53.tinypic.com/25g449h.png), some images are being defective, no transparency, etc.. Already tested in 5530 and the N97 and they are normal. Does anyone know how to help me?

To verify it -I will suggest you to make a sample program using Canvas (lcdui package), not eSWT, If the images are displayed fine on canvas, we may say that it could be eSWT issue on certain devices. I have not got chance to work on eSWT UI so can't say much. You just verify it as i said and tell us the result then Nokia experts may help you.

I suggest you download PNGOUT, and process the images like:

pngout myimage.png /c3 /f0 /d8 /mincodes2

Make a copy of the files first - this is process is not reversible!

I'm assuming that the images have fewer than 256 colours.

Somendra, I did want you said and the image is ok using lcdui. So, I think that this is a problem with PNG, eSWT and 5800 together.
