Hello every one,
I have to simulate an online video chat software (Live Process) using J2ME as my final year project...

Has enyone had experience in developing this kind of program?

What should I do?

i.e: capturing a video from front side camera, and every 2-3 seconds send it to the server?
like a loop with a thread (for sending stream to the server) in it?
