Reason for this might be the busy tone detection (check the call monitoring setting). The frequency
and the cadence of the busy tone can vary between different PBXs a lot. The new software version
that will be available soon will improve the N22's compatibility with most of the PBXs.
Please contact your Nokia dealer to check the availability of this new SW version.
