How to publish free content?

I want to publish a free application to Ovi.
I created an account, paid the 1e fee, then wanted to add my app. but, i got an error, "please fill the bank information".
on the bank information page there's a message telling that you don't need to fill those infos if you are publishing free content (which is my case)
is there any way to publish free content without filling bank info (i don't even know all those infos)?

I'm not official Ovi support person, anyway I would suspect that there could be that there is some bug on the system, and would suggest you to send message to the ovi publicing for checking the error. Easiest way into log into your account, click the support tab, and then click the contact us link.

you don't have to fill in your bank information if you are publishing only free content! Just submit you app to QA and if it passes it will be published.

how can i submit my app to QA?
from publish.ovi.com by clicking "create new content" in the homepage? because that link shows me the following error:
Permission denied. Your account cannot access the requested page.

is there any other way of submitting free apps?

you must have the convenient rights to create a new content on your publishing account!
on publish.ovi.com account its called "Role". To create a new content you have to be a cp_manager or cp_developer I guess!
Ask the owner of your publish account to give you the suitable rights...

i created the account on publish.ovi.com
and it shows me the user within the App wizard role.
any idea how to change this?

so... my fault
i created 2 accounts on the same email, one paid and one with the ovi app wizard.
then i forgot my username, and the system returned me the free user

do you want to publish an app via the app wizard or independently form the app wizard and the automated process of publishing a rss feeded app?
