Symbian programming book for beginner

I know nothing about Symbian.
But believe it or not, I have to teach Symbian for one week.
Now I am searching Symbian programming book.
Some books explain just theory such as mclass, rclass, and so on. They do not show the whole program. Just the part of program are shown and I don't know how to use them as a Symbian program.
What I need is some theory and some program and how to run. ( not very detail)
Please point out if there is any free ebook or tutorial that will match with me.

I have c++ programming knowledge.

I would recommend that the Steve Babin is the best book for beginners.

Thanks for the replies.
I got only about 2 weeks for the preparation.
I want to know just easy things such as how to write " helloworld program", how to create menu and so on. Not much detail.
Is there any free book or tutorial that explains how to create an easy program explaining the coding step by step?
