Error Log when I tried to build my project

I am using an internal SDK pf5250 (s60 5.0 SDK)
Carbide 2.7.0
Active perl v5.6.1 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread

Based on c:\APPS I assume that you are using Windows Vista. It may require some extra configuration steps, search for vista in the Wiki (part of "Community" panel in the top right region of this page).

I am using windows XP professional are these configurations still valid ?
I updated carbide using SymSEE and from then having this problem :(

if you have internal SDK and are using SymSee, I would suppose you should not be askign question in here. This is fully public discussion board, thus do remember that point in the future, and instead use internal ways on fincing help.
