How to access the front camera using certain APIs

When you try to access the front camera then what exactly is happening?
Generally we use this code to initialize the secondary camera:

mPlayer = Manager.createPlayer("capture://devcam1");

I used this code only to find the same result as replacing "devcam1" with "devcam0" which both utilize the primary camera.
I don't know why it happened.

That code works fine for Nokia N95, not for 5800. What may be the missing part in 5800 with respect to N95?
