local smartposter different between 6131 and 6212

You can define a local smartposter on the SD-card by putting URL file:///E:/test/index.html.
You can create a smartposter-tag by making a bookmark of the link, and the send the bookmark to a tag.
Touching the tag, opens the URL on the SD-card.

This works fine on the 6313.
This also works on the 6212, but if I send this URL to a tag and touch with the 6212, it says “content not found”.

Anybody same experience and knows a workaround?

I can confirm this behaviour on the 6212. It seems as if bookmarks to any local files (phone memory and SD card) are rejected. Sorry, but I don't know any workaround.
