I NEED HELP!!! NOKIA 5800

So, I want to copy my music to my device (nokia 5800) by using USB connect for Nokia PC Suit software and my device need to be update but I already update it and I unplug it and my phone like turning off then I tried to turn it on but it just vibration and then it won't show up anything.

PLEASE HELP ME!
