Where to get M2M

I'm living in Singapore, I'm interested in getting M2M for my Final Year Project in school which is going to deal with GSM and etc. But I surfed around in Nokia Singapore website, it dosen't say anything about M2M beside Phones. So where can I get it, and what is the market price? And what is the current model at here?
