    Hello.

I publish a new theme for touchscreen phones in the OVI store.
    http://store.ovi.com/content/59145 # / content/59145/reviews

but many people can not download the theme.
and they write reviews, and place rating 1 star.

can you make so that content publishers can respond or edit user comments?

    Thank you.

    Hi there, grangex

You got point. I could see this as a generic feature suggestion, it is the case for all publishers (as far as I know!).

I agree with you completely. My personal opinion is that as a publisher you should be able to respond e.g. if someone reports a bug and you check it
and can verify - meaning it was found for some reason only after the app was published. As a publisher you should be able to swiftly respond to the users
of your application, at will and when required.

Unless everytime the Store support would be checking the app if someone tells it can't be either downloaded, installed or something fatal happens, then
if you as the original publisher and creator of that application would like to do it, I can't see why not. Direct user text review moderation is a separate question to
having a method for providing a publisher's response to user reported problems.

If this, indeed is missing from the publisher's tools regarding their products published, then I am sure this will catch some attention on the Ovi Store side.

    Best Regards,
    Marko
