Application update is free for already purchased?

Tell me please, when I updated my paid application, users that have already bought it can upgrade for free?
And where can I read the detailed terms of user agreement? Previously, somewhere come across, but now can't find.

AFAIK users can redownload the application they have purchased, thus updated ones should also be freely available. For the docs, basically you could look into the support tab in your accont, and if it is not there, then ask it from the support email address.

I'm not official Ovi support person, I'm just mere technical expert working on technical development issues, thus might not know the whole excat answer. anyway, I would assume that users could reload with same device & same username as long as they want. That allows formatting etc the device, and still being able to get the application back to the device.

AFAIK, they can redownload as often as they feel like. But they will NOT be notified of a potential update automatically!!
