    Hi,
In the Home tab in my OVI publish, instead of the general overview of downloads and stats, this is what it says (in red text):
"The OVI store reporting service is currently undergoing maintenance. Try again later."
However this issue comes with Internet Explorer (the browser I'm using) displaying a pop-up message for blocked content on top (which was not the case previously):
"To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has blocked this website from displaying content with security certificate errors. Click here for options...".
I can click on the pop-up to allow the blocked content, then the OVI red message disappears and the stats show normally.
But I don't understand, is OVI undergoing maintenance at the moment? And what about the security certificate error mentioned by IE?

It's not only IE, if I use Google Chrome, the same red OVI message appears (but without any pop-up message from the browser on top).

    Thanks.

    Hi,

from my experience i can tell you that, if any error occures while procdessing report requests you will get under maintenance message.

Regarding the expired certificate it is not a problem but you need to use either firefox or ie if you want to access report page 'cause chrome does not allow this kind of security exceptions

    hope this helps,

Thanks Zokito, form what you are saying, it means that processing my report request, for some reason, is causing an error. So the OVI maintenance message I get is not appropriate.
I shouldn't have to use firefox to be granted access to my stats in spite of an error, that's not the point, the point is that there's an error and it should be fixed.
It only started yesterday. It was working fine with both IE and Chrome, now for the former I have to click on an alarming pop-up message to have access, and for the latter I'm not allowed at all.

Please people at OVI, support, can you look into that red maintenance message from OVI, or at least tell me if you are aware of it ?

    Thank you.

I got the same thing. It stopped working on Chrome a few days ago while in IE it works. I hope this issue is fixed soon since I prefer to use Chrome.

    Cheers
