v.110 call

Has anyone tried to establish a v.110 call to a single number scheme mobile? I'm trying to use a prepaid sim card to terminate a data call, but it doesn't have a seperate data number. It can make a data call though, as it can access wap services. is v.110 the right way to go?

CSD mobile terminated data call requires that operator allows this service to he subscriber. Typically the data number is different to voice number. You need to ask this from the network operator.

V110 should succceed with any two terminals. However the operator may restrict this functionlity. this needs to be clarrified from the operator as well.
