2 weeks in QA, file still pending

Hello all,

Yes, this is the situation: our game has been in QA for 2 weeks, the file is still "pending".
Since OVI support is not answering ANY of my emails (and they had more than enough time to do so), what can I do?

PS: It is ironic to see that the ONLY email I received from OVI since I submitted is a satisfaction survey. (guess my level of satisfaction).

In my case what I found most annoying is the fact that it shows for my file Passed 97.5% and Pending 2.5% for quite a while already. This is what is "pending":

Countries: China
Devices: S60 5th Edition: Nokia 5233
Symbian^3: Nokia C7-00, Nokia N8-00, Nokia E7-00, and Nokia C6-01

I don't really know what it means. Does it mean that they have haven't had the time to test it in China? Maybe they've been too busy with WikiLeaks and things to do with some obscure Nobel award ceremonies...

PS. I also got the satisfaction survey. I think there was a little typo in it. They forgot the "dis" prefix.

You cannot distribute directly to China. You need to have a distribution agreement with China Unicom (if I remember correctly) and your product needs to be approved by them.

I just selected Global, so I presume that it means to all countries where it's possible. Also, I have a feeling that what is says in "pending" has nothing to do with reality. It would be helpful to have a more detail progress report, which obviously means that the QA tests need to be more transparent.
