Invalid Jar File During Installation

Hi
I have built an application on J2ME and every time i try to install the application on my Device it gives an message that the Jar file in Invalid.How do i solve this problem ..Though I have checked the JAD file and its various descriptors and everything seem to be in place.any suggestions....

Tell us which device (model) you're trying to install it on, and how you try to install it, and also what's in the manifest in the .jar and what's in the .jad file.
