How to lock my nokia phone via j2me application?

I want to create an application to lock my mobile, is there any code snippet to use it in j2me.

And i want to get my SIM number and serial number

if by sim number you mean the calling number, you can't, if by serial number, you mean imei, there is a snippet in the wiki, as for the locking-thing, it is not possible (you may not prevent the user from escaping your application in java me, it is in the specifications)
