Two questions about publishing to Ovi

I am trying to submit my application to Ovi store. I created signed file using Ovi certificates. There are two questions:

1. What is "Ovi Publish self-serve tool"?

According to Ovi store guideline "# Step 2: Upload your binary file through the Ovi Publish self-serve tool "

I wonder what is "Ovi Publish self-serve tool"? I don't see no such after login to publish.ovi.com. Should I use "Create content" and submit locally signed .sis file using newly create content? IMHO, there is some terminology mess.

2. What is "Developer Certificate Installer"?

Back from Nokia I got "1) Developer Certificate Key Pair, 2) Developer Certificate Installer and, 3) Nokia provided UID." It is clear how to use (1) and (3), but how should I use "Developer Certificate Installer"? Do I install it on my test devices?

1. What is "Ovi Publish self-serve tool"?

Ovi Publish self-serve tool is embedded into OVI Publish, you just need to "create new content" and then after filling Metadata, you will be asked to upload the SIS file.

2. What is "Developer Certificate Installer? Do I install it on my test devices?

Yes you have to install it on the testing devices. The installer allows your device to accept the Developer Certificate Key Pair and i am sure you know that the Developer Certificate only work with the device(s) whose IMEI is provided to OVI at the time of asking for Developer Certificate.
