set latitude and Longitude

Hi all.
I want to test the location based applications in nokia mobiles(any mobiles ok). For that i need to set the coordinates (latitiude and longitude). so, when i run any location based application it will take the latitude and longitude what i setted.

For example:My app will set the latitude and longitude of Ireland -Dublin.(so that my current location is dublin).
When an location based application(which tells atm, banks etc.,) run, it will take the coordinates of dublin and shows the atms in or around dublin)

in order to set the required location i found SimulationPSY. Its working according to my requirements. can anyone provide the source code for it.
