Can't download new apps in Ovi Store !

Hi,
4 new apps from Israel published to ovi Store, I can find them on PC but can't download and find the application on symbian 3 devices !
even if I try to download the application through a direct link from the browser or by "send SMS" option .

the applications IDs are :

http://store.ovi.com/content/66827 - in this app the alwas installation filed !

What's the app distribution? I can't see any of these from France.
"Sorry, this item is not available for your country." is the message.

Are these apps QT apps? A while a go I got an answer from Ovi staff to my query that there is some issues with QT and symbian 3 devices. This will be fixed in near future.

@jetrix74: I think the issue was that the Smart installer didn't work with S^3. I hope that's fixed by now?

I don't know, maybe the new Smart installer ver 1.1 included this fix...
