    Is there a working example of using Ovi Maps on QT ? Link from press release lead us here http://doc.qt.nokia.com/qtmobility-1...e-nokia-plugin but there is no more information on QGeoServiceProviderFactory. Looking at examples, there is a LightMap demo... but for some reason, it uses openstreet map? why so ?

    Certainly with that you can get static map over HTTP request, though with the actual API you can get loads more functionality.

    Yet again, my poor c++ knowledge strikes me again.. Downloaded qt-mobility-opensource-src-1.1.0.zip, extracted. Opened examples/mapviewer with QT Creator. Tried to test on Nokia X6. Build reports lots of errors:

    moc_mapwidget.o.rodata+0x104): undefined reference to `QtMobility::QGraphicsGeoMap::resizeEvent(QGraphicsSceneResizeEvent*)'

    And they are different if i try it on simulator.

    Googling - few suggestions (copy mobility.prf to SDK dir) - does not help... Oh well...

    Download binaries, you dont need sources if you are not interested to see/hack/etc mobility sources itself.
