I downloaded The Phone Client USSD API from here , I cannot find this file CPhCltUssd.h within the API. Did I do something wrong?

Download the package

"Extensions plug-in package for S60 3rd Edition SDK for Symbian OS, for C++, supporting Feature Pack 2"

Then you can find the header:
