Nokia 2630

I am having Nokia 2630 with BSNL GPRS. When I tried to download Operamini, a page display offers me to get 4.2..
After succesffuly downloading, I start the program, it then started to run and asked for network access in the middle of installation,I replied yes, but still gives me the error message, " Failed to connect to the internet".Go to http://www.operamini.com/help?version=4.2with your desktop browser or contect service provider for Internet settings.""...

Will you please help me to overcome the situation?
