    hey everyone
    i am a developer from egypt
    i wonder why cant i join the ovi store as a publisher ?
    i enter my information correctly but everytime i get the message:

    Payment failed

    Your payment could not be completed. Please try again.

    you could try emailing publishtoovi.support@nokia.com and asking for instructions.
