I'm new in publishing , and I tried to publish my first demo application to check how the users interact with my application, I created a publishing account yesterday, and uploaded my first application, but an email was sent to me to sign my application and upload a flowchart diagram and/or declaration questionnaire for Java signing, I do not have the slightest knowledge about this subject, so can you tell me about it.
