i have the profile of this phone can i use it ? on the nokia sdk????? to run app on it

You should go here, and download the SDK for Series 40 5th Edition, Feature Pack 1 (not the "lite" version). There is no way to change it to represent a specific device. Nokia SDKs support specific development platforms, not each individual device.
