Fail to purchase content id

I want to purchase a content id, and then pay it using Paypal, but the symbiansigned said my payment transaction has errors. The result is I payed €10, but no content id is allocated. Then I try again, but still fail.

What should I do? How can I contact Symbian administrator?

It is an interesting question indeed. A couple weeks ago Symbian Signed Support has been silently redirected here, but actually the regular contributors of these boards know no technical details about the purchase/payment functionality on the Symbian Signed site. Check back next week (perhaps subscribe to this thread, it is in the "Thread Tools" above), many people are not working in the week between Christmas and the new year.

And first of all sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you send the order confirmation you received from the PayPal including the invoice ID to symbian.signed(at)nokia.com and we'll take it further.
