Controlling brightness,contrast, saturation using FlashLite 4

Hi,

Working on a Image editing task and need to change the proeprties like brightness, contrast, saturation and hue in FlashLite 4.

Unfortunately FlashLite 4 does not support ColorMatrix and ColorMatrixFilter, which gives easy control to change the above properties. Has anyone able to controll the above properties using FlashLite 4?

Any pointers would be highly appritiated!

There is actually a trick that sometimes works...

overlay an movieclip over ur image with the lower Brightness / contrast feature... U can actually have a black tile ( as movieclip ) with increasing/decreasing alpha values in its frames...
In this way, u actually give an illusion of img modification.. But u are just changing the overlay..
I have not tried this out.. But I think this will work best in cases of TINT and so on...

If u are looking to save the image, this technique ll not work for u...

As you guessed correctly, I want to save the final image after modifications. We can control the brightness but I am not sure of other properties.

Do you have ever used any image saving functionality from FlashLite 4, as I am also having problmes in getting it done from N8.
