Run J2ME Code in Real Device

Hello,
I have done an application in J2ME which is running on WTK2.5.0 well but now I want to run it on my real device.
Is it possible to run that code automatically or whether I should add extra features for this?
I really dont understand this...

ON which device of S40 are you testing the app?

Please check the CLDC and MIDP version of the app, by going inside the Jad file.Even you can check these entries by going inside the project properties.
Put CLDC 2.0

these values must be (CLDC) 1.1 MIDP 2.1 or lesser than these but not more than that.

Yes I have checked that, the values are CLDC1.1 MIDP 2.1. an error is shown in the mobile device when I am going to run the application that:

is this the complete error message:

java/lang/ClassFormatError: Bad version information.

Try with changing the "Java Compliance Level" to 1.4 in the IDE.
