Symbian Signed Criteria?

I'm trying to find the guidelines/requirements for the Ovi QA process. I have the Ovi Publisher Guide which says "Be able to prove that your Symbian apps meet the criteria for Symbian Signed", and then refers to the following URL:

Anyone know where to find the Symbian Signed Criteria (or otherwise, details on what's required to pass the Ovi QA process)? Thanks in advance.
