Accessing GPS device data via J2ME Midlet.

Hi All,

Am new to this platform. I would like to develop a app to access the GPS data and display that data (a simple program) in Nokia 6210 Navigator. Is it possible to do that using J2ME. If so, Please let me know some tutorials regarding that.

Yes, its possible. (I m not sure about 6210). But I was able to develop one with the help of this article :

6210 supports JSR-179 (which is required to get the GPS/location information)
