I want to make wait Screen

in My Midlet there is a long loop that can take 5 seconds

so the mobile hangs can i show a progress bar until it finish or it won't work since the mobile is hanging

or i can split the loop and make a progress bar until finish

Any Ideas??????

How about displaying an Alert with a continuous-running Gauge? This is much simpler than a "percentage"-type progress bar, since it animates itself and doesn't need updating.
